Graham is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (FCABE) and Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE), with over 30 years’ experience in building control. 

At Vista, he advises clients on compliance with the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations, acting as Principal Designer to review designs, conduct technical appraisals, and guide projects through regulatory requirements. His depth of expertise and commitment to assurance provide confidence on complex schemes.
