With experience spanning new build, demolition, and refurbishment, Dan has gained a comprehensive understanding of design and construction processes. Having worked alongside leading designers and contractors, he has developed a proven track record in project delivery, ensuring safety and compliance remain at the heart of every scheme.

Before founding Vista, Dan worked in specialist compliance consultancies and multi-disciplinary practices, providing expertise in Building Regulations, CDM Principal Designer and Advisor roles, health & safety site inspections, and compliance across asbestos, fire, and electrical safety. As a team leader, he played a key role in the operational delivery of projects across a range of sectors, including residential development, asset management, commercial, hospitality, and education.
