Adam is a Project Director at Vista Building Safety, leading the delivery of CDM and building safety compliance services across a broad range of projects and sectors. He acts as key point of contact for clients, delivering the combined Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor role or either appointment in isolation, working closely with the wider project team to provide a pragmatic, solutions-driven service.

Prior to joining Vista, Adam served as Associate Director of CDM for a regional London office, where he grew the CDM team from two to six and led on recruitment, budgeting, bids and fee proposals, and appointment document reviews. His experience spans clients from Tier 1 contractors and developers to internationally recognised organisations, including developing CDM policies, processes and procedures to ensure demonstrable compliance. He also brings a solid working knowledge of Building Safety Act requirements and the Gateway process.
