Tortilla Mexican Grill plc is undertaking a significant expansion in Leeds, with the development of a new high-street restaurant on Bond Street.

This project encompasses the construction and fit-out of a contemporary, larger-scale unit at 33 Bond Street, facilitating Tortilla’s strategic relocation from Trinity Kitchen to a prime city-centre location. The scope includes site preparation, structural modifications, and the installation of a modern interior designed to enhance customer capacity, streamline flow, and reflect the brand’s evolving high street presence.
