Vista is delivering Principal Designer (Building Regulations and CDM) and Health & Safety Advisory services for the transformative redevelopment of The Nicholson Shopping Centre in Maidenhead, Berkshire. This ambitious project is reshaping an outdated 1960s retail hub into a vibrant, mixed-use urban quarter.

The construction involves creating a dynamic environment with 660 new homes, workspace for 2,000 people, 60 shops and restaurants, and 1.5 acres of public space. High-quality, carefully designed buildings will enclose and define the new public realm, restoring traditional streets and open spaces lost to previous development.

Central to the project is ‘Sir Nicholas Winton Square,’ a tribute to local history, as the development reimagines the site into a people-focused, accessible destination that revitalizes the town’s high street.
