Our recent collaboration with Farmer J and DECON exemplifies our commitment to transforming existing structures into vibrant, community-focused environments. This project focused on the meticulous renovation and adaptive reuse of a historic site in Marylebone, a neighbourhood renowned for its sophistication and cultural richness.

The construction process involved careful planning to preserve the character of the original building while integrating modern design elements that foster a welcoming atmosphere. Key interventions included structural reinforcements, spatial reconfigurations, and the installation of new finishes to enhance durability and aesthetic appeal. Special attention was given to incorporating sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems to align with the project’s emphasis on health and wellbeing.

Located in a lively area celebrated for its charm, the space was tailored to serve dual functions, offering an energising environment for breakfast and a lively setting for evening gatherings. The design aimed to create a sense of comfort and familiarity, transforming the building into a home away from home for visitors.
