Vista is delivering Principal Designer and H&S Advisory services for the ambitious Albert and Swedish Wharf project—a transformative mixed-use development on a prime two-acre riverside site by Wandsworth Bridge. This £300 million scheme will feature a state-of-the-art 55,000 sq ft last-mile logistics depot, strategically positioned to meet London's rising urban logistics demands.

Above the logistics hub, 276 thoughtfully designed apartments—from studios to four-beds—offer stunning riverside views, with over a third designated as affordable housing. The development’s sleek, multi-story buildings will enhance the Thames waterfront, reactivating a historic site while preserving the Thames Path and enriching Fulham’s entrance.

Committed to sustainability, the project incorporates passive energy measures, a fifth-generation heat network, and biodiversity initiatives, all contributing to a vibrant, eco-friendly riverside community.
