Vista is delivering CDM Principal Designer services for an innovative development featuring three striking Foster + Partners-designed buildings. The project includes over 400 new homes—40% of which are affordable—and a cutting-edge 800,000 sq ft of sustainable, wellbeing-focused office space with floor plates that maximise natural light. The development emphasises outdoor living, boasting more terraces than any other UK high-rise, and a 153% boost in biodiversity with around 70 new trees.

Highlights include 20,000 sq ft of affordable workspace supporting local enterprises, a community café, assembly rooms, a 300-seat auditorium, and modern educational facilities linked to local institutions. The site also offers vibrant amenities such as children’s play areas, cafes, restaurants, shops, and the Hatters Yard micro food market, creating a dynamic hub for residents and visitors alike.
