Vista is delivering comprehensive Principal Designer (Building Regulations and CDM) and Client H&S Advisory services for the transformative refurbishment of a historic Grade II listed building on St. George Street, Mayfair.

The project involves a high-quality CAT A refurbishment spanning 9,400 sq ft, featuring modern upgrades to WC facilities, the reception area, and end-of-trip amenities. Key construction activities include the replacement of MEPH systems, widening of the existing entrance bridge, and the refurbishment and replacement of centralised plant.
